A project focusing on temporary city spaces at the old Carlsberg insdustrial area.

With the transformation of the old industrial area of Carlsberg into a brand new neighborhood in the city, the problem was - as in so many cases - how to generate life from the get-go. Thus the aim of this project was to create temporary spaces that would attract life and activity to the area right away.

25.000m2 was identified across 3 points of interest and the client wanted movement to be a central element to the new neighborhood.

The goal was to create space and elements which blurred the lines between β€˜passive’ and β€˜active’ participation, hoping to inspire as many people as possible to take part in the various activities.
